Intellectual construction of NP

NP Intellektualnoye stroitelstvo is the non-profit organization created for assistance and coordination of activity in promotion and all-round development of the ideas, methodologies, technologies of information modeling and the integrated project implementation in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.

Activity of NP Intellektualnoye stroitelstvo is based on adaptation of the best world and Russian experience, in particular, of the international non-profit organization BuildingSMART keeping development of the open BIM standard in use of modern information and technology tools for substantial increase of transparency, efficiency and competitiveness of the Russian construction industry.

Main objective of NP Intellektualnoye stroitelstvo is consolidation of participants of the construction market of Russia for the solution of strategically important issues facing a construction complex. In 2014 Russia held the winter Olympic Games, having already managed to solve major construction problems, and in prepares for the large-scale construction project within the FIFA World Cup which will take place in 2018. In this regard we will remind that in March, 2014 there were orders of the Government of the Russian Federation on the subject "intellectual building" which will allow to involve even more actively new technologies and approaches to construction that will lead to expense reduction on design, construction and further operation of difficult engineering objects and also to reduction of terms of implementation of the corresponding projects.
