Content

On April 23, 2014 it became known of project completion of implementation of the Bitriks24 corporate portal in the TRINFIKO Investment Group. Implementation was promoted by 1C-KPD company.

Project Tasks

Due to the development of the company there was a need of use of a resource of consolidation of information flows for all employees. After the detailed analysis of software products the project team of "TRINFIKO" stopped the choice on the Bitriks24 corporate portal as most satisfying to requirements of the company and suitable for the solution of assigned tasks.

Licenses are purchased at the end of 2013. This year started implementation which was made by own forces — forces of staff of Department of information technologies. In the course of works the decision to partially use the help of specialists of 1C-KPD company who supervised afterwards this project was made, rendering necessary information, consulting and practical support to direct contractors — to IT specialists of "TRINFIKO".

Project Progress

Implementation of a corporate portal was performed by forces of staff of IT department of the company at point consulting of specialists of 1C-KPD company. As a result of interaction the corporate portal is brought into operation a month later from the moment of the beginning of works. Within the project the basic functionality of the software product and completions, necessary for "TRINFIKO", is implemented.

In the project progress in addition to basic functionality of "boxed" "Bitriks24" specialists of 1C-KPD made several improvements and conveniences.

Project Results

Implementation of the portal is complete a month later.

Ekaterina Lopatkina, the CEO of TRINFIKO Ltd, told: "Since launch of a corporate portal passed slightly more than a month. Today it is possible to note that the staff of the company actively uses it. The additional opportunities provided by the software product are studied and entered into work. Specialists of Department of organizational development and Department in work with personnel had an effective and convenient tool for internal communications and work within the adaptation program at employment of new employees. Information which they can study is stored in a corporate portal now: about the company, its structure, procedural and internally - organizational documents. Also information on employees contains: photo, birthdays. Our internal honor roll works, internal news of the company are regularly published. Besides, we use electronic requests: to order stationery, armoring negotiation and others".
Natalia Burtseva, the chief executive of 1C-KPD, noted: "The product "Bitriks24" is a web the product rather easy and clear both in use, and in implementation. "Bitriks24" is a corporate social network of the company; social — literally means simplicity and availability of mastering to all. Therefore employees quickly, and without additional obucheniye begin to work with interest in it. Concerning implementing solution, many companies need change of design under corporate style, boot strap loading of users (and it is desirable from the general regulatory base), setup of interfaces, completion of functionality. Of course, it is possible to make everything internal forces in the presence of IT specialists especially as the 1C-Bitrix company offers the free training online courses on administration. But, in my opinion, it not always results in the necessary result, and is often more expensive than involvement of the external contractor as training costs of the specialists, their salary and taxes during implementation can exceed the cost of works of the external contractor. You should not neglect also time for implementation: at involvement of external specialists it is considerably reduced as the contractor works only on your implementation, but is not engaged in other job responsibilities".
