2014
On April 23, 2014 the AT Consulting company announced project completion of process automation of sales and service of retail products Summer of Bank on the Oracle Siebel CRM 8.1.1 platform.
Project Tasks
"It was important to us to receive the CRM system which will be able to support the prompt rate of development Summer of Bank, to build uniform sales process of banking products and also to make customer service fast and convenient. The reliable platform for development of a system, an output of new products to the market is put", – Sergey Bochkaryov, the deputy president-chairman of the board noted Summer of Bank.
Project Progress
Implementation works began in August, 2013. As of April 23, 2014 on the Siebel CRM platform are implemented, issue and maintenance:
- the credits in outlets,
- consumer loans cash,
- debit cards.
Processes work:
- logistics of credit folders and cards in the client centers of bank,
- managements of roles and users of the solution.
The software solution helps to bring quickly to the market new products and to increase the volume of the carried-out transactions. A system is integrated with webcams for automatic photography of clients, it significantly reduces time of an execution of requests for the credits. The number of users of a system of 19 thousand, including employees Summer of Bank and partner trade organizations.
The project was carried out in two steps:
- during the first - October, 2013, processes of issuance of credits, new to bank, with the help of "loan broker" are automated,
- February, 2014 - the second stage of the project as a result of which all front office works with retail products, client data are postponed for the platform (with reengineering).

For half a year the joint implementation team consisting of 50 specialists implemented difficult functionality of CRM and carried out integration of ten information systems of bank. Thanks to flexibility of the solution and professionalism of a command the new platform was built in an IT landscape with the minimum changes in the adjacent systems. The open interface allows to work with CRM in any browser. I will note that Leto Bank one of the first in Russia applied Oracle Open UI technology in an industrial scale", – Sergey Shilov, the founder and the managing partner of AT Consulting company told.
