The solution based on Navicon MDM will help LabQuest to transfer information on analyses to a coronavirus to EMIAS

2020: Implementing solution based on Navicon MDM

The system integrator and Navicon developer by request of Medinvestgroup implemented service of inter-agency electronic interaction SIEI.Lab working at a basis of the solution "NaviCon MDM" in LabQuest laboratory. It became known on June 30, 2020.

Using it it was succeeded to implement integration between laboratory and partner clinics for exchange information about requests for researches and their results. Due to Navicon pandemic also adjusted automatic transfer data about analyses on COVID-19 in the Uniform medical information and analytical system (EMIAS).

Earlier testing for a coronavirus was held only in the laboratories allowed to carrying out such research by Rospotrebnadzor. However for the last months the number of persons interested to make the test increased, and resources of the accredited laboratories began not to be enough. Began to connect private clinics and laboratories to work provided that they will quickly provide information in EMIAS on the conducted researches.

The LabQuest laboratory entering into Medinvestgroup group joined an initiative. Shortly before it specialists of Navicon by request of Medinvestgroup implemented in it the SIEI.Lab service on the basis of own solution Navicon MDM. It synchronized information flows between LabQuest partner clinics where at individuals took samples, and departments of laboratory which executed researches. Use of service allowed to refuse data exchange in the manual mode.

In order that the organizations entering into Medinvestgroup Group could hold testing for COVID-19, the Navicon command within trial operation SIEI.Lab adjusted automatic data transmission about analyses on a coronavirus in EMIAS. For the end of June, 2020 work with all requests for such testing is conducted through this system: synchronization of data between clinics, laboratory and EMIAS happens in real time.

At this conjuncture all should combine the efforts in fight against a pandemic. Navicon, in return, aimed to help LabQuest and to its partners quickly to exchange data with EMIAS to participate in conducting testing for a coronavirus. Through the service implemented by us requests already from three clinics are processed, and further it is possible to connect other medical institutions to it quickly, – Denis Lyasnikov, the director of business development in Navicon company comments.

Works on implementing solution are performed by specialists of Navicon qualitatively and in time. Automatic data exchange about analysis results between several systems considerably lowered load of our specialists. Together with implementation of our service of sending the order for the laboratory researches SIEI.Lab to LabQuest, separately for analyses on a coronavirus we also needed to connect to information exchange of EMIAS of the city of Moscow to provide a possibility of sending the directions and obtaining results on COVID-19. It was very important to us to implement integration exchanges quickly.
