The ministry of housing and public utilities of Stavropol Krai automates accounting of objects of housing stock

On April 23, 2014 it became known of end of the first stage of implementing solution of BARS.housing and public utilities by BARS GROUP company by request of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Stavropol Krai.

Project Progress

Subsystem "BARS. An overhaul" helped to create the single database of objects of housing stock, to carry out condition monitoring of these houses and to help with formation of the regional program of an overhaul of apartment houses. Information on tens of thousands of apartment houses is collected, the unified register of management companies, suppliers of utility and housing services and also contract organizations was created.

All data "BARS. An overhaul" are integrated with an automated system of Fund of assistance to housing and communal services reforming. In a common information space for public authorities and local government the possibility of collecting and data analysis, formation of statistical reporting is provided in the automated mode that considerably lowered labor costs at all stages of information exchange.

Project Results

At implementation regional features and the customer's wishes are considered, expert and methodological support is given. Calculation of the long-term program of an overhaul taking into account rates for contributions for an overhaul, collecting percent on each municipal entity is carried out.
