Politek automates sales management

On April 24, 2014 The First BIT company announced the project of automation of work of sales department of Politek company.

Project Tasks

Before in the company "Politek Trading house the software solution "1C: Trade Management 8" was used, however program capabilities are implemented by the company in small amount: with its help only an inventory control was carried out, and for managers of sales department use of the solution was recognized inexpedient. The program was not installed at remote offices "Politeka".

Automation of work of sales department was delivered as a task of The First BIT company attracted Politeky as integrator.

Project Progress

For the most effective solution of a task specialists of First BIT suggested to create a common information space where all data on customer relations will be stored.

Project Results

Olga Zotova, the deputy CEO of Politek Trading House LLC, noted: "The organization of a common information space allowed to have an opportunity of operational complex job analysis of the company, similar to which it was executed much longer earlier. The saving of time received for the account of automation of a number of processes allowed to find more time for quality of work with clients".
