Politician (BIT:CRM 8)

On April 24, 2014 it became known of implementation in Politek company of software BIT:CRM 8. Works in the project carried out First BIT within the complex project.

Project Progress

Along with setup "1C: Trade Management 8", in 35 workplaces business solution is implemented BIT .CRM 8.

During the project specialists of First BIT configured report generation, automated creation of commercial offers on templates, implemented automatic filling of printed forms. Started use of the mechanism of requests by means of which in the system of bits.CRM 8 control and tracking of all actions for satisfaction of specific need of the client is exercised. After that remote offices "Politeka" were connected to the created information system.

Project Results

Use of templates of commercial offers and the automated formation of accounts allowed the staff of the company to save 10% of working time. Business processes of customer interaction, – for example, fixing of requests and registration of orders – were significantly simplified. Automation of payroll of managers of sales department gave quadruple saving of time of the head of department at accomplishment of this task. Moreover, now each manager can quickly trace the KPI defining his earnings that increases efficiency of these employees.
