Shopping Mall KIT completed SAP implementation of ERP

On April 28, 2014 the SAP CIS company announced the completed project of implementation of the complete solution SAP ERP in KIT Transport Company LLC.

Project Tasks

The KIT company for several years reached the federal transport operator level, however unstable work of a corporate information system became serious risk for business. The failures continuing till several hours led not only to financial sanctions, but to decrease in loyalty from clients. One of key problems - opacity of information on a status and location of the transported loads. Solving these problems and bringing business to the new level of efficiency and service quality, the KIT company made the decision on SAP implementation of ERP.

Project Progress

Project Results

According to project participants, revenue of the company as a result of SAP implementation of ERP will grow by 10%, and its use will lead to improvement of operational planning, cutting of costs for transportations, acceleration of input of new services.

Project deliverables showed that transition to an end-to-end information system on the basis of the modern, full-function SAP solution ERP helped to reach the companies the new level of efficiency:

• stable system operation helped to increase an annual turnover by 5%,
• holding time of each client was cut by half,
• start of a number of convenient and useful online services helped to attract new clients and to increase loyalty of constants.
• clients and employees had a unique opportunity in real time to work in the uniform online environment
• load of personnel of the company is optimized.
