"The Pravdinsky prospecting expedition" starts use of EDMS

The implementation project is begun in December, 2013.

Project Tasks

As the solution it is selected EDMS "Etla", helping to use the modern automation equipment. Main objective of the project:

• accounting and storage of considerable information volume;
• increase in efficiency of receiving and information processing;
• increase in reliability of primary information;
• gain of control of terms of passing of documents;
• transfer of passing of documents to an electronic form.

Upon the demand of the customer, a system should provide opportunities:

• automation of complete lifecycle of the document;
• organization of collective work with documents, including remote;
• work with draft documents in electronic form (creation, vising, signing);
• registration of the documents received by e-mail in the automated mode;
• application of different templates of document registration;
• imposing of resolutions, execution control, writing and viewing reports on resolutions;
• transfer of documents for execution along the set routes, etc.

Project Progress

At the first stage of automation of work of document flow work with the entering, outgoing and internal documentation is automated, control of execution of instructions of the management is most used.

Project Results

On June 24, 2014 it became known of project completion of system implementation of electronic document management of Etla.

The implementer - Atlas Soft company, jointly with specialists of Pravdinsky Prospecting Expedition company.

All requirements of the customer for existence and use of all opportunities of software are fulfilled. Work of 10 users is organized, further it is going to create a common information space of the company and to put into operation with the system of all employees.

Implementation EDMS "Etla" provides automation of complete lifecycle of all documents, all requirements of the customer are fulfilled.
