UK "Pulse" automates document flow

On July 28, 2014 it became known of an implementation project of an electronic document management system of "Etla" in group of the Puls UK housing and public utilities management companies.

Project Tasks

The management of UK housing and public utilities "Pulse" made the decision on selection and system implementation of electronic document management with full-function electronic archive. Project Objective: transparency of work with agreements, both clients of the company, and her partners.

After market research of electronic document management systems the management stopped the choice on the solution of Atlas Soft. Existence of the module on work with agreements in software delivery became an important factor of influence.

Project Progress

The customer's employees by own efforts coped with structure formation of archive, created and filled out necessary reference books, created user groups, set access rights to these groups to different segments of archive. As of July 28, 2014 work on scanning, recognition and an institution is carried out to the system of the documents which collected for years of work.

Project Results

With project implementation the customer had opportunities:

• rapid joint development of agreements by several contractors;
• transparent approval of agreements and other documents;
• control of execution of documents;
• uniform registration procedure of agreements;
• the created archive of documents with access to it at any time from any place in the world.
