Project Tasks: Implementation of the consolidated system of the analytical and management reporting. Optimization of work with remote offices.

Project Description:

During the project the consolidated data warehouse integrating all necessary data sources was built: 1C 7.7 – data on personnel and settling with partners, 1C 8.2 – data on personnel and settlings with partners, ITWO - data on budgeting and project management, in total – 7 sources. For further work data were loaded into the analytical models developed according to requests of the Customer and allowing to work quickly with data in any cuts.

Due to the wide geography of working objects, it was necessary to organize the accessibility to the reporting in the remote mode. For these purposes reporting system on the basis of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2012 was implemented.

For the staff of the central office access to analytics and the management reporting was organized by means of the Microsoft Excel interface.

Project Results:

Implemented by Lasmart company reporting system based on Microsoft SQL Server technologies became the main source of information for analysts and managers. A new system considerably reduced time of decision making, preparation of the reporting, lowered errors of "a human factor" and gave the chance of obtaining reliable information about a business status in short terms. Besides use of a centralized system of the reporting considerably lowered load of the ERP system.
