Absolyut-Soft completed the project on automation of registration of personnel and payroll for REMIT companies

In July, 2014 the Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company completed creation of an information system based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" software product in "REMIT Group". Within this implementation 16 legal entities were united in uniform base.

Project Objective

Project objective was consolidation in the unified information system of the following processes of all legal entities of Group:

• personnel administration
• motivation of personnel
• payroll
• formation of the consolidated internal reporting
• reportings in funds and tax authorities.

Project Progress

For implementation of this project the Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company known as the partner of 1C Company was selected from the moment of the basis and having positive experience of automation of other companies of the meat-processing industry ("Smokes sausage production", Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant).

Result

Within the project the following works were performed:

• Deployment and setup of the system constructed on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" software product.
• Preparation and carrying out user training within standard functionality of a system.
• Transfer of the reference information on employees from the inherited Turbo Accountant system.
• Transfer from the inherited system of the personnel orders given for calculation of average earnings, data on an experience and a remaining balance of holidays for the beginning of 2014.
• Transfer from the inherited system of personnel orders, documents on charge of sick-lists and holidays for the first 5 months 2014.
• Initial tuning of types of calculations and parameters of calculation is performed.
• Differentiation of user rights is executed.

All tasks set by the Customer were carried successfully out.
