Content

Oremax is the specialized solution for the companies in the field of wholesale. An ERP system of Oremax allows to monitor the movement of goods and money and also automates document flow. All main business processes of the trading companies are supported and such transactions as drawing of accounts to clients, execution of goods and goods issue slips, invoices, movement of goods between internal and remote warehouses are executed. A system allows to exercise sales management, purchases, logistics, to distribute capital transfers, to consider and write off a remaining balance, to receive reports and to execute other business operations characteristic of wholesale. The main objectives with which a system – management of business information flows, automation of processing of documents, automation of commodity financial accounting and formation of difficult reports is designed to work.

Functionality

Finance

1) Accounting in holding structures. Multi-currency accounting on group of own enterprises with information storage is provided in the database, uniform for all own enterprises. Accounting on several own enterprises within one own firm is possible.
2) Cash management. Account of all transactions with money is kept by the centers of the cash accounting (checking accounts, cash desks).
3) Overheads. Overheads can be connected with such accounting items as orders, loads, commodity documents. Oremax allows to carry overhead costs of goods at any moment, and not just at the time of a goods receipt on a warehouse.

Sales

1) Order management. The module allows to control completely payments, reserves, purchases, shipments, delivery by each order. There is a set of information signs for display of the course of order fulfillment. There is an opportunity to conduct the history of relationship, settlings with buyers, the analysis of profitability of clients, automatic control of the entered attributes of the order, setup of individual settlement schemes, to integrate orders in groups.
2) Management of reserves. Reservation can be performed in local and territorially remote warehouses. Depending on the set rights the user reserves goods on the (instant reservation) and others warehouses (the application for a reserve will be submitted). There is a transmission function from one user to another, notifications on the end of a reserve, automatic removal of an overdue reserve which is coming "tomorrow".
3) Pricing. The unlimited number of price lists in different currencies and different units of measure is supported. For automatic calculation of the prices it is possible to set necessary algorithms or to use macroes. Mechanisms of discounts, attachment of the price list for the regular customer are used. The quotation system for formation of the commercial offer to the customer is used.
4) Interaction with other departments. The system of automatic notifications, a set of the statuses of documents for indication of a status and level of accomplishment, an opportunity to appoint responsible and contractors according to the document, to transfer the document to other department for completion.
5) Management of delivery. There is a possibility of the organization of delivery to the client. In a system the document the Request for delivery to which the client's wishes are entered is registered.

Purchases

The management system for purchases includes several modules, allows to control planned shipments of suppliers, to keep the reference book of conditions of deliveries, to process purchasing requests, to calculate planned targets of deliveries, to select the most profitable supplier, to control the movement of a load, to accept new goods on a warehouse, to carry on goods overheads (at receipt, after sale).



Stocks

1) Inventory control. All transactions connected with the movement of goods in a system are executed on the basis of primary documents that allows to save all of the history of processing of each batch. Such characteristics as are implemented:

  • Hierarchically qualifiers for breakdown of goods on groups
  • Accounting in several units of measure at the same time
  • Use of analogs
  • Accounting of catalog numbers of several suppliers of the same goods
  • Work with articles, serial numbers and models
  • Unlimited number of properties of goods
  • Reference book of barcodes
  • Parameters of weight and volume
  • Access to files and links on the Internet/intranet

In a system account on batches on one of write-off models – FIFO or LIFO is kept.
Warehouses can have difficult hierarchy with the method of accounting: at cost or at the sales price. Accounting of the movement of inventory items when moving goods between warehouses is possible.
2) Inventory management. The module provides creation of supplier orders on the basis of the available stock balance, sales orders and purchase, the set normative indicators of a remaining balance. Planning can be conducted both on the enterprise in general, and taking into account divisions. During creation of supplier orders characteristics of delivery from different suppliers are considered: minimum and maximum size of a batch, delivery date, delivery price and priority of the supplier.
3) Shaped coding and data collection terminals. A system includes automatically filled up reference book of identifiers of goods (a stroke of codes). To one goods there can correspond several barcodes. Barcodes are appropriated to both separate goods, and batches.
In Oremax there is a subsystem of the automated data collection constructed using mobile terminals of data collection. This subsystem allows: carry out a complete and partial inventory, register a goods receipt, perform selection of goods on the basis of the document (a task for a complete set), to register movement of goods between storage locations, to create documents on the basis of registered in a data collection terminal transactions with goods. The terminals working online can be used.
4) Calculation in production. The module is intended for the cost accounting in production and calculation of actual cost of batches of finished goods and semi-finished products. A system allows to receive on the basis of the production schedule the complete bill of materials, necessary for accomplishment of the works order. The bill of materials is compared to the current warehouse stock, for each input product the value of a safety stock and dynamics of expenditure therefore the list of materials which need to be bought or made on adjacent production forms is considered.
The module allows to register all transactions and to process the related documents: movement of goods from raw-material storage in production, transfer of products on a finished goods warehouse, returns of raw materials and semi-finished products, registration of the made products and write-off of its raw components.
At registration of the made products planned calculation (structure) of products is provided, and the operator can make corrections upon (change of quantity, replacement by analogs, the choice of specific batches of raw materials to write-off, etc.).

Logistics

1) Purchasing logistics and inventory logistics. Problems are solved on:

  • to determination of need for material resources
  • to the choice of conditions of purchases
  • to signing of the contracts on purchase
  • coordination and interrelation of purchases with sale, production, warehousing

2) Sales logistics. A system contains means for implementation and control of timely shipments of goods to buyers, ensuring internal production processes. The organization of the product delivery to the end customer is possible.
3) Transport logistics. Using the module Management of Loads problems are solved:

  • Control of planned dates of production and shipment of goods by suppliers.
  • Control of the movement of loads from suppliers on warehouses.
  • Control of the movement of loads to buyers.
  • Operational obtaining information on location and terms of a goods receipt, including by the nomenclature.
  • Automatic tracking of a status of loads (location, arrival term, consolidation of loads) at transport companies.
  • Accounting and overhead allocation, connected with the goods delivery from suppliers, on loads and goods.

The module allows to work both with simple loads, and with consolidated. The load can include goods from different orders in complete or partial quantity, at the same time the settings allowing to perform acceptance of such loads and their automatic distribution to orders with the subsequent creation of goods receipt notes, a goods prikhodovaniye for a warehouse, installation of reserves are provided in a system.

Management of distributed system

The module of management of distributed system allows to perform reliable interaction between geographically distributed divisions of the enterprise through the SQL server replicaiton engine supported by the relevant organization of the database and the description of rules of routing of information.

Administration

A system has own built-in programming aids:
1) Designer. Allows to expand functionality and to change logic of system operation: modify standard windows and create new, connecting them with system objects, describe own algorithms, develop additional necessary functionality. The visual designer of forms and a source code editor are a part.
2) Access control of data. mechanism of differentiation of user rights. Each contractor has access to that information and to those functions which are necessary to it for accomplishment of the duties. At the same time the general information space allows responsible persons to obtain the complete information about activity of the company.
3) Protocol of modification of documents. The module is intended for recording of the changes made by users to documents. The magazine of actions of users is replenished in the database on the SQL server automatically according to settings. The interface of viewing the magazine allows to make selection on any user, the document and other set of criteria, recovering a picture of impacts on documents. The system administrator can see who when and that changed in any document of a system.
4) Macroes and parametrical settings. Are used when calculating specifications of documents, checking objects attributes of a system, accomplishment of other transactions. Are caused automatically according to type of a macro and settings of a system for certain document types and other objects. For a call of the macroes which are not connected with any structures of a system the module Run Macro which is switched on in standard delivery of the program and allowing to execute macroes in the background is used.
If necessary macroes can be changed. Modification will require ownership of Pascal language bases.

Integration

The information system Oremax gives great opportunities for integration. Can be connected to a system:

  • Modules for communication with the Bank Client programs.
  • Data collection terminals.
  • Other program systems, for example, 1C Accounting.
  • Different retail store equipment (fiscal registrars, CR, scales).
  • Programs of access control for authorization of users of hardware keys of access and registration.

2014: Oremax 6.0

On July 14, 2014 it became known of preparation for release of the new version of ERP Oremax 6.0.

As a part of the updated software product more than 300 different modifications contain. The main change – the new software platform by means of which performance, the level of security of information is increased is improved data integration with new services and programs.

One of the main additions – the module CRM providing management of transactions, tasks, contacts, events. The module interacts with a system, obtains from it any information, provides operational and analytical reports.

Still innovation – "Reserves in way", helps to reserve goods in a warehouse, the goods which did not arrive on a warehouse, being en route or ordered from the supplier.

Function of full-text search for contacts and goods, automatic creation of commercial offers, fast and simple registration of overheads is added. The interface for connection of online store is created and secure access to the database from other programs is provided.

2015: Business calculator module

The module of the business calculator is the interface for start of a certain action (or even actions) after filling of all necessary data. So you open a form, put down "ticks", enter values, click - and, please, result. In other words, it is not necessary to program the interface – to configure it several blows of a mouse enough.

Among advantages business of the calculator developers especially select a possibility of a task of values, lists of values by default, settings of dependences of values of some parameters on values of other parameters, setup of availability of elements of the interface depending on the selected values of any parameters, a possibility of creation of the user set of reference books.

It is really possible to call the tool in which, having filled a small amount of fields, you receive at the exit the act of the performed works on several items of expenditure moreover and at once carried on the initial document cunning. Especially as for accomplishment of such in general complex work it is not required to resort to the help of third-party programmers and writing of technical specifications, so unloved users of the different systems.
