Content

On April 30, 2014 the herd is known of project completion of system implementation of Oremax in Pribor-Sistemy Group LLC company. Implementation the developer company implemented Oremax.

Project Tasks

As in group the extensive range of goods is used, the enterprise was in great need in an end-to-end system of managerial and operational accounting. For automation selected the Oremax software product as the most corresponding to the business processes existing in Pribor-Sistemy Group.

Project Progress

Implementation automates sales processes from a warehouse, sales with the additional order of products at the supplier, planning process and the organizations of purchases, including a request and approval of conditions of deliveries (quotation request) taking into account the possible prices, volumes and routes of the movement of loads, process of delivery of a load, goods receipt on a warehouse, shipments to the buyer.

The module "Overheads" allowing to keep the overhead accounting by orders and loads is put into operation. As the client has the arranged production, special attention was paid also to automation of this sphere of activity of group.

For simplification of accounting exchange with software used in the company is adjusted. A system is integrated with the Bank Client application. A reporting system provides tracking of payments and cash receipt. In the company transparent control of settlement with partners works.

When entering a system in operation for comfortable introduction of primary data the module Import entering Oremax delivery was used. With its help it was succeeded to make quickly input of opening balances of goods in warehouses, to fill out such reference information as the directory of goods, the reference book by partners, values of properties of the nomenclature and clients, quotations, price lists.

A system is integrated with the website of the company. The directory of goods with available product quantity relevant at the moment in warehouses of firm, data on different properties of goods, price lists and other data necessary for clients for commission online of orders is output from the database.

Using macroes of Oremax the issue of data integration of the company with eFind.ru service is resolved that was very difficult earlier, considering the volume of the used nomenclature.

Project Results

Implementation resolved a question of interaction of staff of different divisions of the enterprise. The warning system of users at commission of any actions relating to the transactions which are kept them is fixed.

With input of Oremax in operation costs of time for implementation of business processes were reduced, there was a possibility of the automated control of delivery dates of loads, accomplishment of orders, cash receipts, processing and systematization of conditions of deliveries.
