Description

As the software product for complex automation of the enterprise the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" developed on a modern technology platform "1C:Enterprise 8" was selected. At the time of the beginning of implementation of the software product there were following purposes and tasks: providing company management with the operational, complete and reliable information necessary for acceptance of the justified management decisions. As service provider on implementation the RITs company – the leading Competence Center on production of 1C Company was selected from Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region. When choosing service provider on implementation the following factors were considered: experience in the market of providing IT services, reliability of the company, costs for implementation, popularity and reputation of the supplier in the market, an implementation time. At the moment in the unified information system 150 users work, the following functions are automated:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting;
  • Personnel records;
  • Personnel management;
  • Products cost accounting.

In the course of implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product the following significant results were received: transfer of division of accounting on uniform information base, reduction of a set-up time of the regulated reporting, the guide obtains operational information about a status of business processes of the enterprise.
