ITender Best

The system of Best is intended for carrying out electronic biddings according to 223-FZ.

On April 30, 2014 the Fogsoft company announced start of new electronic marketplace "Best" ^[1].

Description

The solution is created on the updated iTender platform and intended for carrying out electronic biddings according to 223-FZ, trade procurement procedures of the commercial organizations which are not falling under operation of this law.

The Best electronic marketplace suggests the online system helping the enterprises customers to purchase effectively goods, works and services in competitive prices, and suppliers — to sell the products in the market.

Customers have an opportunity to implement four types of trade procedures: auction, tender, request for quotations and request for proposals. Integration with the official website of the Russian Federation (it is relevant for purchases according to 223-FZ) publishes information on biddings on OOS in the automatic mode, loads regulations on purchases and the purchase plan.

In Best ETP the system of notifications is used - all important actions on the platform are followed by notifications of users in a personal account and by e-mail.

The interface of electronic marketplace is adapted for access from mobile devices.

Project Development

For August, 2014 in Best ETP are going to implement several modules developed by Fogsoft for development of the platform. In particular, the financial module which allows to organize settlement with clients of the platform in an interactive mode, and the module of tariff plans allowing organizers and bidders to select a set of services which is most corresponding to their business model.
