Description

The JSC Aviatsionnoye oborudovaniye company enters about the structure of Air equipment holding — the Russian company, is management company of Rostec State Corporation on development, production, export and an after-sale service of systems and units of aircrafts and other hi-tech industrial output civil and military. The Air equipment holding includes 35 enterprises which are in Moscow, Ufa, Samara, the Arkhangelsk region, etc. at which more than 30 thousand work human. From more than 3 thousand names of the products released by the enterprises of holding the share of civil products makes 35%. Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, production was not automated up to standard. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made. As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The company "1C became the partner in maintenance: The first BIT", having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists. Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" made sale and installation of a system, gave methodological and consulting support to users on work with a system. In total 100 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Vendor relationship management (SRM);

Thanks to implementation the transparency of accounting at the enterprise and efficiency of obtaining information by the management necessary for acceptance of management decisions considerably increased. Accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually.

Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
