The Chief information officer "SPAR Retail" Mikhail Krasavin shared experience of creation of a failsafe mail service based on Office 365. "SPAR Retail" - the world's largest retail network numbering 13,700 supermarkets in 35 countries worldwide. According to Mikhail Krasavin before Office 365 implementation, monthly, from a total quantity of the arriving requests in technical support service from 5 to 7 percent it was the share of incidents work-related mails. These interruptions were caused by use of two mail systems (the mail service developed on Open Source to the platform + by Hosted Microsoft Exchange), lack of a uniform address space, the diverse environment of the mail systems. After implementation of a cloud solution the number of addresses came down to zero. In addition employees "SPAR Retail" received simple tools for fast daily work: Microsoft Lync, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft SharePoint.
