Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

Are finished: The document "Price-work Dress" and the reference book "Technology Transactions" under specifics of the enterprise. Printed forms under requirements of the Customer are created. Reference books of Employee category, Discharges, Payment systems, Scales of charges are added. In reference books "Positions of the Organizations" and "Technology Transactions" details are added. The document "Price-work Dress" is finished. Registers of data are added: "List of jobs", "Data on a checkpoint", "Movement time", Crews, Violators. Data loading is made of an electronic checkpoint. Additional documents are created: "Surcharge of overtime", "Awards to the staff of the organizations with restriction of fund", "Registration on personal coefficient", "Charges to instructors". Additional printed forms and reports on personnel records and the salary are created (reports – 52, printed forms – 92, processings - 80). New roles and interfaces with access restriction are added.

Description

Cheboksary Electrohardware Plant Ltd Today ChEAZ Ltd (Cheboksary), head enterprise of holding of ChEAZ Group - a powerful electrotechnical complex with unique scientific and engineering personnel, highly skilled workers, strong production base. The plant is a manufacturer of the equipment up to 110 kV inclusive. ChEAZ successfully develops new sectors of the electrotechnical market, expands the nomenclature of production on production of distributors of medium and high tension, microprocessor devices of relay protection, delivers the integral transformer substations (ITS). The plant entered the perspective sea market. Along with it, production of the traditional equipment as the RZA main park of power facilities of the country is made by relays of protection of production of ChEAZ remains.

When choosing the automation system the management of ChEAZ considered not only a possibility of full conducting personnel records and payroll calculation, but also a possibility of complex study of all production processes of products, expansibility and multifunctionality of future system for further conducting accounting and tax accounting and also cost accounting. After detailed inspection of the market of software products and existing solutions, for implementation the automated system based on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

The project on implementation of personnel records and payroll calculation in software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" started in February, 2012. The project was kept together with IT specialists of Inform Standard Software LLC. During 2012 there was an adaptation of a configuration under needs of the enterprise, testing, debugging and trial operation. On January 1, 2013 a system was brought into commercial operation.

Such departments as OTIZ, Personnel department, Office, Accounting (settlement group), OASUP, all workshops and other departments were automated.

As a result of implementation the following subsystems were put into commercial operation:

  • Personnel records;
  • Payroll calculation.

And also the following functions were automated:

  • Analysis of personnel structure;
  • Personnel records;
  • Planning of employee occupation: holidays and/or other actions;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
  • The regulated reporting;
  • Training management and advanced training;
  • Time recording.

Implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 allowed to improve quality of automation of problems of personnel management, conducting personnel records and calculations for the account:

  • reductions of errors in system operation when using standard functionality;
  • maximum use of new functionality, standard objects and algorithms of configuration software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

The software product on the functionality generally meets needs of the client.
