The contact center of LogiCall begins the new telemarketing project for Rostelecom

The contact center of LogiCall which is under control of the company "Servionika" (I-Teco Group "), became in the spring of 2014 one of winners of the tender announced Rostelecom on the right to render services in involvement of subscribers to services of Internet access and digital television of the operator in the territory of Moscow. According to information published on the portal of state procurements, the contract which amount is 200 million rubles will work until the end of 2015.

The main amount of works under the contract will be telemarketing which purpose - involvement of new subscribers (individuals) using service broadband access or digital TV in Moscow. LogiCall is one of three contractors under this contract.

According to Alexey Katsoyev, the CEO of contact center of LogiCall, for providers of the telecommunication services working in Moscow and other million-plus cities, increase in number of subscribers individuals becomes a crucial task in the conditions of extremely high competition. Today the level of penetration of the Internet on average in Russia is 55%, and in the large cities already exceeds 70% (according to TNS).

"Our task in this project – to provide a gain of a subscriber base of Rostelecom", - Alexey Katsoyev emphasized. Before LogiCall already cooperated with regional divisions of Rostelecom: in particular, in the project for "Rostelecom the Urals" specialists of LogiCall in 6 months accepted more than 360000 calls of subscribers of the company of the Ural macroregion and attracted more than 13000 new clients.
