The Kubio Rus company is created in 2003 by the Finnish telecom operator of Cubio Communications Oy for promotion of services of the head company and expansion of a range of telecommunication services in the Russian market.
Investment by the Finnish company into construction of fiber optic network in St. Petersburg became an important step and with 2007 the Kubio Rus company began to provide services of Internet access.
According to the solution of Board of Directors of holding in 2009 the Kubio Rus company became completely Russian. In 2010, throughout the development, the company obtained the license for provision of services of telephone communication and the block of numbers in zone 812. Kubio Rus provides a complete packet of telecommunication services for the clients: Internet access, telephony, ip-television.
In 2011 the company carried out rebranding and registered the Arroba trademark that in translation from Spanish means @.
In October, 2011 the company took the data-center of Imaklik company in management, completed the construction and started its operation. At the moment the data-center Arroba is one of the best in St. Petersburg in the price category.
