Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

Purchase management. Production management 1. Automatic filling of the document "Receipt of Services in Processing" according to the document "Goods Receipt from Processing" is configured. 2. The procedure for filling of the detail "Reserve" in the document "Goods Receipt from Processing" - reservation of the arrived products under orders of buyers is created. 3. The report Deficit and the procedure of formation of supplier orders on purchase of materials by data about deficit are developed. 4. Completions of a system for and the analysis of security of the production schedule and automation of formation of supplier orders for processing are executed:

  • The procedure of reservation under the Supplier order of the Inventories transferred to processing and Inventories in warehouses;
  • Processing on automatic formation of Supplier orders from the Production schedule;
  • External report "Deficit for purchases";
  • External report "Security of positions of the production schedule".

5. A printed form Production schedule is developed

Accounting Changes and additions are made to system configuration in the directions: 1. Work with e-tickets. 2. The postponed VAT. 3. The loans obtained. The loans issued. The credits obtained. 4. Commission trade. 5. Card of accounting of invaluable OS.

Integration of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 with "Primavera" Changes and additions are made to system configuration: 1. Processing for data loading in the test mode from "Primavera" in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 in the document "Code of Parameters of the Project". 2. Completions of a system for data loading from the Primavera system from the tables SGL in automatic the mode): 3. The procedure for creation new or adjustments of the existing documents "Order of the Buyer" and "Supplier order" according to the data loaded from "Primavera". 4. The procedure for creation new or adjustments of the existing documents "Request for Expenditure of Means" and "Planned cash receipt" according to the data loaded from "Primavera". 5. The procedure for removal in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system of the documents deleted in the Primavera system.

Description

The FNK group is the holding company merging engineering and design assets. Key activity – integrated management of projects in the field of a nuclear and traditional power engineering. FNK-Management Management Company LLC implements large projects in all territory of Russia, in the countries of the FSU and beyond. The strategy of "FNK" – effective management, implementation of innovations and social responsibility. FNK Group is the enterprise which is actively developing and demanded in the market of the rendered services. By 2011 the technology of data processing functioning in the company their systematization, obtaining necessary reports by heads and specialists of FNK Group, caused the following difficulties regarding budgeting of projects and operational accounting by projects:

  • accounting of cost, a complete set the equipment, terms on the project;
  • budgeting of projects;
  • formation of managerial reports;
  • formation of settlement on the project;
  • calculation of planned and actual cost for each of projects.

The status of the enterprise defined the new requirements connected with increase in profitability of work, cost reduction and cost management, financial transparency and work planning on projects, the movement of materials, the equipment and money. The company needed creation of the unified information system. For the solution of this task the management of FNK Group addressed to the Ericos group having considerable experience of automation of large enterprises of the different industries. Carrying out express inspection regarding setup and automation of software products 1C at the enterprise of the Customer became the first stage of works. The control example (modeling of processes) was by results carried out, the complex implementation project of the products "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", "1C: Document Flow 8", "1C: CRM 8" is offered. During the period December, 2011 – December, 2012 the following works were performed:

  • Modeling in the standard solution is carried out.
  • Corporate training of employees of the Customer is provided.
  • Installation, initial tuning of the program is performed.
  • Completions of a system are performed.
  • Consultations on work in a product are rendered, user instructions are developed.

Implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product in UK FNK-Management Ltd allowed the management of the enterprise to increase transparency of activity of the company, to differentiate powers and responsibility of divisions, to release resources as a result of automation of routine labor-consuming transactions. Became possible: modeling of options of development of the company, resource planning and acceptance of management decisions on the basis of objective data, the analysis and control of financial results, efficiency evaluation of activity of divisions on the basis of financial statements. The possibility of the detailed analysis of product cost became important result of implementation for top management of the company. The implementation project of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in FNK Group is successfully complete, a system is put into commercial operation 1/1/2013, 187 jobs are automated. A system works steadily.
