Description

Till 2011 regulated accounting in JSC Karachevsky Plant Elektrodetal was kept mainly in paper form, specific sites were automated based on "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7", "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7" and MS Exel. Maintaining the main share of regulated accounting in paper (mainly hand-written) type and lack of the unified information system led to loss of documents, reduction in the rate of information processing and interaction between divisions of the company, delays of delivery time to both finance and personnel costs. As the platform for automation of accounting the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was selected. For project implementation on implementation of an information system by company management the Competence Center on production "Intensive Center "Razdolye" as the experience of accomplishment of similar projects taking the leading positions in the TsKP rating of 1C Company, having sufficient competences and having was selected. At a stage of conceptual design lasted examination was conducted, business processes are described and functional gaps between accounting in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and the existing business processes of the enterprise are revealed. At a stage of completions the functionality of some subsystems of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 was adapted for business processes. At the intermediate stage of work on implementation integration of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 and "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" used at that time by sales office for conducting trade and inventory accounting, afterwards given functionality was configured it was completely transferred to the uniform IC with transfer of a remaining balance, and "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" refused use. Specialists of Intensive Center "Razdolye" for users of an enterprise information system gave the practical training lessons in work with subsystems of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 upon termination of which all users got access to the IC. In April, 2013 a system was put in trial operation. As a result of implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 at the enterprise it was completely automated regulated (accounting, tax accounting and cost accounting) and production accounting (on production sites and in workshops all jobs of engineering employees, employees of departments of supply, sale and PDO are automated), payroll calculation and personnel management, sales management, inventory management and a warehouse, purchase management. Terms of submission of reports were reduced, costs for conducting regulated accounting, the number of employees of financial services was laid off by 25%.
