Description

The October electrocar-repair plant - the modern hi-tech enterprise specializing in difficult types of repair of the rolling stock. Before implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 accounting was conducted in the 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 program. The management made the decision on transition to the end-to-end system covering all divisions of the company.

As a result of implementation the following functions were automated: Accounting Tax accounting Payroll calculation Calculation of price-work salary for dresses Personnel management Cash management Accounting according to international standards (IFRS) Customer relationship management (CRM) Vendor relationship management (SRM) Order management of buyers Order management in production Purchase management Inventory management Products cost accounting Sales management Supply chain management Purchase planning

A system is put into commercial operation in 1/1/2013.

Implementation of ASUP based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 allowed to reduce time of delivery of accounting reports. It was succeeded to establish close connection with clients at the expense of the CRM system and also due to operational providing information on the available finished goods in a warehouse.
