Description
The "Plant of Frictional and Heat-resistant Materials" (JSC FRITEKS) open joint stock company is the largest producer of sealing materials and products from them (laying of GBTs, gas pipelines, etc.), frictional pads, brake pads and blocks. Before implementation at the enterprise software packages which were not structured in the general base were used. The main objective of implementation was automation of all sections of accounting in uniform information base. For the solution of this task the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program as this software product considers features of the Russian business was selected and also timely is replenished with new adjustments according to changes of the legislation. Main objectives of implementation of Consulting-Soft LLC were:
- transition to the standard system of taxation, implementation of tax accounting;
- automation of accounting and cost accounting taking into account regulation;
- consolidation in uniform information base payroll and accounting.
Now the following sections of accounting are automated: 1. Regulation and production accounting; 2. Accounting and tax accounting; 3. Personnel records and payroll.
Now all sections of accounting with closing of all accounts and determinations of a financial result are automated, continuation of implementation is not planned. As a result of implementation the enterprise had an opportunity: 1. use data of production accounting in accounting without repeated input of primary documentation, 2. provide operating control over activity of production from accounting and economical department.
During implementation specialists of Consulting-Soft LLC company provided training and rendered the methodical help, advised concerning accounting and taxation, production accounting, personnel records and payroll.
