MFC of the Novosibirsk region (AT Consulting Siberia: Service center of the population)

In the multifunction center of the Novosibirsk region the information system of new generation "The center of acceptance of public services" developed by AT Consulting company earned. The IT system allows to receive any of 203 regional and more than 12,000 municipal state services of all 490 municipal entities of the Novosibirsk region. Thereby the exterritoriality, key for MFC, and close proximity of state services is implemented.

Basic advantage of the implemented solution is use of three state IT systems providing functioning of services of the electronic government in all territory of Russia. The solution is integrated with the system of electronic interdepartmental interaction (SIEI), the Uniform Portal of Public Services (UPPS) and the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system). Now the applications and documents submitted by citizens are transferred to appropriate authorities not by a courier delivery, and in a digital form via secure channels of communication that significantly expands possibilities of rendering state services. At the same time the new software package provides reliability of information transfer by means of special function of the guaranteed delivery. The implemented system supports various means of identification, such as passport, Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account, the electronic digital signature (EDS) written on e-token and the universal electronic card (UEC).
