DEPO Computers provides cloud services for National Medical Network company

The DEPO Computers company created a turnkey information system for network of medical clinics, having optimized costs for IT infrastructure. The cloud business platform provides full-function jobs for the staff of National Medical Network company and medical institutions of network in three regions of Russia.

In April, 2013 the National Medical Network company made the decision on opening of office in Moscow. Minimization of financial load of the budget and increase in return from investments was the main tasks of business within the project. Optimization of the IT budget with obligatory ensuring the maximum availability of key business applications and fault tolerances of an information system at new office was required.

Specialists of DEPO Computers conducted a research of IT infrastructure of the customer according to the results of which one of flagship cloud products — DEPO BpaaS 1000 differing in high rates of reliability and fault tolerance was offered "National medical network". Service of a video conferencing based on software of Video conference was added to a standard list of applications of BpaaS 1000 that allowed to meet all requirements of the customer fully.

"The national medical network" received full-function jobs with a full range of necessary applications on model of lease of cloud services using the Russian data center integrated with infrastructure of Office 365. Use of packets of Office 365 for business significantly lowered software costs, and the unique program of licensing within a tariff plan, allowed not only to apply the software of Microsoft Office in a cloud, but also to install on computers and notebooks of users.

At the second stage of works the central database of MIS "Infoklinika" intended for business process automation and generation of the reporting in medical institutions of network was transferred to a public cloud, at the same time work of users is carried out via the encoded VPN channel taking into account information security support and observance of requirements of regulators, including FZ-152 "About personal data".

According to the results of project implementation "The national medical network" received the end-to-end system for the solution of business challenges including all necessary applications and conforming to all customer requirements. The DEPO Computers company provides complete outsourcing of the platform on hardware, program and SLA level that allowed to lower IT infrastructure charges considerably. The customer got access online to all reporting generated by the regional medical institutions of network using MIS "Infoklinika". From this point the business intelligence provided by the company to foreign investors found necessary transparency that positively affected attractiveness of investments.

Opening of new office took place in Moscow successfully, within the selected budget and with observance of agreed time frames. Now expansion of a range of the used cloud services due to provision of services of foreign data centers within ensuring information exchange with foreign partners is planned.
