BFA Bank implemented an electronic document management system based on Docsvision 5.2

BFA Bank completed the project on process automation of intra bank document flow. The regulation of processes and system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) based on a software platform of Docsvision 5.2 were executed by Digital Design company. Now over 400 employees of the bank from all its divisions use a system.

Implementation of EDMS in BFA Bank was caused by need to consolidate all work connected with documents within a single system and also to create the analytical tool for monitoring of key business processes of the company.

For implementation of the project the latest version of a software platform of Docsvision 5 was selected. Development and deployment of a system was entrusted Digital Design company with which the bank already implemented a number of joint projects.

Specialists of Digital Design analyzed and formalized the document flow processes existing in bank. The implemented system provided reliable document storage and also considerably simplified and accelerated the procedure of their search. In a project deliverable processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence, purpose of instructions, control of their execution were automated. Besides, in the implemented EDMS problems of creation of reports on instructions and also a number of the managerial aspects directed to gain of control of execution in divisions are worked out.

Thanks to the implemented EDMS time spent by specialists of bank for search and work with documents considerably was reduced. Implementation of EDMS became only one of process steps of improvement of IT infrastructure of BFA of Bank, in further plans — automation of work with separate types of documentation.
