SmartLogger Box

Submitted to CST in May, 2014 the "boxed" solution for a multichannel audio recording. The line of Smart Logger Box will replace audioregistrars of the Smallogger II series – the previous development of CST company. Smart Logger Box allows to solve effectively problems of registration of dispatching negotiations, information security and quality control of service in the organizations where the mobility and autonomy of a recording system of calls are of paramount importance.

2015:

On December 7, 2015 CST company announced an exit of release of software of autonomous audioregistrar Smart Logger BOX.

As a part of release number of functional changes:

• support of work in the diskless mode as the external input device connected through Ethernet to the system of the multichannel record "Forget-me-not of II" is organized
• support of record of several channels united in group, in the Microphone mode is added. Conveniently for record of an acoustic situation along with several sources of a sound
• in the interface there was a possibility of listening of multichannel phonograms and their mix when listening and also exporting in the form of one multichannel phonogram
• there was a possibility of the choice of an interface language of the user (Russian/English)
• there is a possibility of change of function of the RA button intended for start of transactions for lack of access to the ve-interface. Now using this button it is possible to format HDD, to format HDD with reset of settings to factory, to reset the password of the system user of admin and the PIN code of access of the LCD interface. It is possible to switch-off the button
• filtering of the list of channels by parameters is included: name of the channel, number of the distant/near subscriber, channel status (all/active / writing)
• stability of work of software is increased

Smart Logger BOX (2015)

The company announced preparation for release in January, 2016 of one more service pack in structure:

• the built-in SMDR analyzer allowing to register extensions and transfers of calls in the organization at record of flows E1 with ability to integrate in mode TCP сервер/клиент, the FTP server
• execution of the device in option 19" without HDD with support to 48 analog or 36 digital channels or 8 flows of E1, or their combinations
• advanced functionality of the built-in player

Functions will be added:

• reproduction in a ring of the selected record fragment
• choice of display of relative or absolute time of reproduction
• management of a reproduction pause from the keyboard
• an opportunity to initiate reproduction from a desirable position by clicking of a mouse

Updating of the built-in software is possible in through a web device interface. It does not affect the saved earlier these. Current versions of the built-in software are always available in the section Support on the website of vendor.

2014

The lineup of Smart Logger BOX allows to work with all traditional sources of an audiosignal: analog and digital telephone lines, microphones (including microphones with phantom power), radio stations, E1 flows. A power supply of 12 volts and the PoE standard is supported. The quantity of recording channels, depending on a model configuration, can be from 4 to 60. At a line there are models with the taken hard drive with a capacity from 500 GB to 1 Tb.

The Smart Logger BOX audioserver solves a problem of registration and long storage of telephone negotiations, when there is no an opportunity to select the separate computer for installation of software of a recording system (with ensuring its full-time employment, access restriction on strangers to it, etc.). Listening of records, viewing statistics and carrying out other actions provided by a management system are performed by means of the convenient web interface with multi-user https-access.

If use of the web client for work with phonograms is impossible due to the lack of the PC or connection to a data network, the desktop Smart Logger BOX model with the LCD display and manual control is used. By means of earphones it is possible to listen as the written phonograms, and a talk online.

Smart Logger BOX for the companies with geographically distributed branches

For the organization of a centralized system of record of negotiations in a branch network autonomous audioregistrars Smart Logger BOX can be united in network. SL Connector software based on "the Forget-me-not of II" which provides the centralized collecting and long-term storage of phonograms is for this purpose used. Operational monitoring of a distributed network of Smart Logger BOX devices is performed by means of the module Status Monitor. The module allows to trace in a single window of the web interface a current status of registrars with the online status of keyword parameters (including activity of channels and the device, filling of the hard drive and so forth).
