Add-on module of the Docsvision 5 platform. It is held for use in holdings, filial structures and other geographically distributed organizations where there is a task of the organization of effective documentary interaction between remote divisions: approval, distribution of organizational and administrative documentation, setting and control of instructions to the staff of branches, etc.

The module of integration Docsvision about "Diadoc"

• The solution represents the add-on module integrated with Docsvision 5 and allows the companies to exchange instantly any unformalized external and internal documents (i.e. the documents which do not have the commonly accepted format for the automated processing of attributes: agreements, acts, etc.) and also electronic invoices with the clients, suppliers, partners deleted with divisions without quitting the Docsvision system.
• All electronic documents sent and received in Docsvision through the Diadoc are signed electronic to a tsifrovoypodpisye and have legal force (YuZDO).

Expanded approval for Docsvision 5

The ECMGroup.Pro company announced in May, 2014 start of the universal module "Expanded Approval for Docsvision 5". This solution provides necessary functionality and allows to reduce significantly terms and cost of projects on automation of workflow processes.

"Expanded approval for Docsvision 5" represents simple on architecture, easily configured, universal application solution on modeling and implementation of all process steps of approval of documents in the organization.

On the basis of extensive experience in the field of business process automation and requirements analysis of the Russian companies, ECMGroup.Pro developers managed to create a product which contains all necessary tools for start of functionality of approval of documents. Use of the ready module allows to lower considerably labor costs and to minimize project deadlines on workflow automation.

ECMGroup.Pro works on further improvement of "Expanded approval". In the closest plans of developers - formation of a ready solution demo of EDMS based on "Management of the documents Docsvision 5", "Expanded approval" and other applications: adding of ready examples, the configured cases for approval implementation.
