Telecom-Guard: Tier

The IC Tier is the modular distributed high-performance monitoring system of communication networks and is a part of hardware and software systems of own development of Telecom-Guard company.

As a part of one information system data on all types of monitoring of communication networks can be concentrated:

• Mobile voice and package communication
• The fixed telephone voice communication
• Broadband and dedicated access to the Internet
• Different "exotic" types of communication, as that: conference communication, video call, etc.
• The architecture of the IC Tier consists of the concentrated high-performance nodes and the distributed nodes of low loading.

The following subsystems are a part of the IC:

• Subsystem of passive removal of traffic from communication channels
• Subsystem of replication, filtering, balancing and traffic management
• Data processing subsystem
• Centralized and the distributed storage device subsystems
• Subsystem of formation of requests
• Subsystem of access for users
• Subsystem of administration and monitoring

The Telecom-Guard company provides technical support with forces of own dispatching center and the selected team of highly skilled engineers. The SLA levels and an order of ensuring technical support are approved taking into account requirements of the telecom operator and geographical distribution of subsystems within the IC.
