RESPONSE ABOUT ISPOLZOYVANIYA OF THE SOLUTION

"1C: MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES AND KPI"

The BIG-Master private enterprise is one of the largest suppliers of children's toys and the developing games from leading manufacturers of Russia, Poland, China, Ukraine and also has exclusive rights on delivery to Republic of Belarus of products of such brands as TM Zabavka, TM Trefl. The range of the offered goods contains more than 3,000 units and constantly grows. The history of the company began in 2001 when the enterprise ChTUP "BIG-Master" was registered. Initially the structure of the company consisted of 2 people, but in 2 years (by the beginning of 2003) the company totaled more than 30 people with the developed department of active (wholesale) sales and also had 18 points of wholesale. Today in the company more than 120 people who work in 11 structural divisions work: administration, marketing department and purchases, department of foreign trade activities, sales department of Minsk and of RB, customer service, accounting operations department, service of finance and controlling, accounting, department of transport and logistics, department of warehouse economy.

Mission the company – market saturation of our country qualitative and interesting toys and also the last new products in the world of toys at the prices, available to the consumer.

In process of growth of the company there was a need for business process automation and implementation of rational personnel management (determination of remuneration on the basis of objective assessment of results) which helps to mobilize the potential of internal efficiency of the enterprise. For the solution of these tasks the solution "was selected by 1C: Management by objectives and KPI".

Using this software product it was involved in process of goals management of 50 employees. The program allowed us to achieve the following important results:

· Automate collecting of necessary data on indicators from the accounting systems "1C: Enterprise management";

· Increase the level of performing discipline, due to use of a panel of tasks SMARTS;

· Automate calculation of remuneration on the basis of the achieved result;

· Increase the level of the involvement and motivation of personnel;

· Perform online monitoring of work of the organization and business processes.

Now account in the program is kept in the following departments: the administration, service of finance and controlling, accounting, accounting operations department, department of foreign trade activities, purchasing department and marketing, department of warehouse economy and department of logistics that allowed to increase efficiency of the made management decisions and to improve quality of interaction between departments.

We thank the staff of Volgasoft company and we want to note that in a work progress with the software, from specialists of Volgasoft company we got timely advice on implementation and operation. Installation process and entering of indicators was performed by own efforts that says that the program is simple in use, and process of implementation does not take a lot of time and resources.
