In the daily activity heads of the modern organizations, especially small businesses, face a serious problem – inefficient work of personnel. And success of the organization is directly connected by quality of work of employees. Priorities of increase in effective management of personnel and estimates of its work make new demands to the existing systems of job evaluation of personnel taking into account quality improvement of labor power, growth of his professionalism, motivation for high-performance work. Primary activity of our company is a rendering consulting services in the field of accounting and taxation on the South of the Tyumen region. We work at the market of rendering services 8 years. The company which is dynamically developing that leads to the permanent growth and involvement of new employees. During a certain time frame before us there was a problem of development of the mechanism of consecutive bringing to personnel of strategic objectives of the company and control of their achievement through key performance indicators (KPI). All this forced us to pay attention to development of Volgasoft LLC - the software product "1C: Management by objectives and KPI". It is evident to be convinced of advantage of operational management of tasks and increases in efficiency of personnel implementation of the above-stated software product helped with our company. In a product for mobile work, the possibility of change of weight of indicators of process dimension of achievement of the goal depending on change of priorities in the market and strategic priorities of the organization is provided that it is important in the conditions of the competition of the companies rendering the same types of service. Using the software product "1C: Management by objectives and KPI" was succeeded to solve the following problems: 1. Work planning of personnel. External and internal tasks; 2. Analysis of execution of tasks and instructions (control of accomplishment of operational instructions by employees); 3. Control of loading of personnel; 4. Time recording of employees; 5. Goal setting in a format of "tasks SMARTS"; 6. Management of financial motivation of personnel. Thanks to this product for today our company approached time final development and deployment of a remuneration system on the basis of KPI promoting growth of effectiveness. We hope for further effective cooperation and high-quality support of the software product.
