Due to the increase in number of staff of the company, expansion of the staff of specialists and acceptance at service of new managers there was a need of process automation of operational management, efficiency evaluation of activity of the company, divisions and employees. Implementation of operational accounting in the program is reached at the expense of the balanced system of the target indicators created on each employee. Within the available purposes, heads of divisions create operational instructions and tasks. SMART TASKS are entered for the period after which the head of department puts down assessment to each employee.
