The Borlas consulting group implemented the project in the field of motivation of personnel for JSC RZhD-Zdorovye company - network of sanatoria and boarding houses in Russia. The complete system of motivation of personnel adapted to specifics of activity of the company and answering to modern approaches of personnel management became its result.

Russian Railway-health - the child structure of the Russian Railway - manages in Russia network of 20 sanatoria and boarding houses with more than 3500 employees. Today it is faced by problems of improvement of key performance indicators. With respect thereto the management of Russian Railway-health initiated the project in the field of personnel management improvement as one of the key directions of development of the company.

As the partner the Borlas consulting group having strong HR practice was attracted. The project implemented in Russian Railway-health consisted of two stages. At first diagnostics of the existing system of awarding of heads and specialists of the head company and branches and the analysis of its cost efficiency was carried out, the card of responsibility on key levels of management, proceeding from it is created, the new principles of motivation of employees are developed. Proposals were submitted and considered by Board of Directors of the company.

During the second stage the new system of awarding of personnel of the company was developed. The principles of transparency and justice due to ensuring compliance of level of an award to skill level and features of the performed work are its basis. A system is also distinguished by coordination of the purposes of leading employees with strategic objectives of business. Development of the system of management by objectives for Russian Railway-health was for this purpose executed.

Within works of the second stage adjustment existing and development of new indicators of awarding was carried out (KPI and the purposes), awarding conditions are changed, processes and assessment procedures of accomplishment of KPI and the purposes are developed, prepared normative - methodical documents and a mathematical model of calculation of awards.

Moreover, achievement of strategic objectives in this sphere it will be impossible to be resolved how exactly without a clear understanding issues in the field of management and motivation of personnel. The created system recognizes that any award is a motivation of the worker to effective work, it is accurately tied to results of work and considers specific features of activity of our company", - the CEO of Russian Railway-health Alexey Petrov notes.
