For planning and control of the IT budget in Vozrozhdeniye bank the Budget of Household Expenses application is used

Since the beginning of 2014 for planning and control of the IT budget in Vozrozhdeniye bank the Budget of Household Expenses application is used. Due to its implementation labor costs of employees and terms of preparation of the documents accompanying budgeting process were reduced.

In Vozrozhdeniye bank at the beginning of 2014 IT support of planning and control of IT expenses is implemented. It is provided by the Budget of Household Expenses application which is a part of the Circuit BPM platform of production of Intersoft Lab company.

Intersoft Lab is an IT partner of Vozrozhdeniye bank more than 10 years. In 2003 in bank the data warehouse Circuit which became a basis for creation of a corporate system of the class Business Performance Management (BPM) was unrolled. For last period based on BPM-applications Circuit in this credit institution were automated: financial planning, management accounting and preparation of the management reporting about financial results of branches, the business directions and banking products taking into account allocations of overheads.

At the end of 2013 the bank made the decision to locally use possibilities of one more BPM-application of the Circuit platform – "The budget of household expenses", and since January, 2014 in IT department of Vozrozhdeniye bank with its help support of estimate planning and expense control is performed. The application is configured for support of budgeting of AHR within IT service of bank. It does not require implementation and at once is ready to use. Training of staff of IT department in work with the application took one day.

Now the bank carries out the analysis of experience of pilot use of the Circuit application "The budget of household expenses" in IT department – for the purpose of further development of schedule system and control of budget implementation of household expenses.
