The Khanty-Mansi bank got to work in PRO100 Universal Electronic Card payment system

The Khanty-Mansi bank completed testing of acquiring of universal electronic cards in May, 2014 and started setup of the equipment, for ensuring service of PRO100 payment application.

"More than 950 ATMs and information booths are already available to owners of UEC. Setup of POS terminal network of bank continues, and in the nearest future holders of the UEC cards will be able to pay goods and services in more than 10,000 POS-terminals installed by bank. For us it is important to provide clients with full-fledged high-quality service therefore in further plans except services in acquiring we expect to begin issue of the UEK banking application", - the senior vice president of bank Igor Doynikov explained.

"Already now the payment system of UEC PRO100 includes the main Russian emitting banks to which share more than 50% of all acquiring in Russia fall. The PRO100 cards are accepted more than in 88,000 devices of self-service, 359,000 trade organizations", - the president of JSC UEK Popov Alexey noted. EPSS UEK integrates a great number of participants who are involved in release, issue and service of UEC, in creation of infrastructure and in provision of services that provides implementation of the Federal law of 7/27/2010 No. 210-FZ "About the organization of providing the public and municipal services" in the part connected with the universal electronic card. Now about 350,000 statements for issue of universal electronic cards are adopted. In all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation more than 1,050 collection points for statements for issue of UEC are opened.

In the cases provided by federal laws, the universal electronic card will be the identity document, the rights of the insured person in the systems of compulsory insurance and other rights of the citizen. Infrastructure of the universal electronic card will interact with the created infrastructure of the electronic Government of the Russian Federation.
