Rosizolit simplifies work with documentation using "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management"

Experts of the First BIT in St. Petersburg completed system implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management) in Rosizolit company.

Rosizolit provides complex supply of the enterprises of St. Petersburg with electrotechnical materials and also is engaged in custom production of parts and sealing gaskets since 1998. The company is an official dealer "TD "Tokem" and "Bobrovsky Insulating Plant" and also represents products of the German firms "VICTOR REINZ", "ENSINGER" and "ROECHLING".

Project Tasks

• Setting and setup of management accounting in an automated system of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management;
• Development and deployment of a system of cost accounting of products taking into account specifics of the company;
• Automation of process of formation of document packages to suppliers, customers.

Setting and setup of management accounting in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" was necessary for the management of the enterprise. Also development and deployment of a system of cost accounting of products taking into account specifics of production was required. Within implementation automation of process of formation of document packages for suppliers and customers was planned.

During implementation the mechanism of protection against input of malformed data by users is developed. The opportunity for work with specifications in orders in the closed period is also added. Specialists of the First BIT improve the cost value regulation mechanism, a large number of printed forms and a possibility of batch print of documents are created. For a number of documents in a 1C system: Management of manufacturing plants is provided automatic filling of details.

In Rosizolit installation and setup of the software product for 15 jobs is made.
