City administration of Kaliningrad (Case (EOS Group))

The choice of new EDMS stopped on the CASE system of EOS Group company and now the employees working in a system are very happy with it. "CASE" it is set in all municipal entities, some departments of the Kaliningrad region, some territorial authorities. Work on implementation went nearly 9 months.

Creation of a single system for all administration was the purpose of implementation of new EDMS. The administration includes 6 legal persons and each of them had the electronic document management earlier, as well as it is necessary under the law. As a result of project implementation the uniform document management separated into sectors, having one point of entry of citizens' appeals and one exit point turned out. After that work on creation of the MEDO system which would allow to request data from bodies of the federal authority within providing state services began.
