In the Astrakhan region system implementation of monitoring of culture of BARS Group began

The BARS Group company automates regional institutions of culture. The Astrakhan region became one more subject of Russia in which in the spring of 2014 culture monitoring system is implemented. As the project orderer Regional State Budgetary Institution of culture "Financial and legal center" on the instructions of the Ministry of Culture of the Astrakhan region acted, reported CNews in BARS Group.

In "The financial and legal center" system implementation of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura is executed. The solution allows on the Internet of a message statistical reporting as on each cultural institution separately, and across the industry according to the federal legislation and regional requirements. Besides, a system provides visual display of statistics and indicators in necessary cuts (charts, diagrams, etc.) and also formation of the analytical reporting.

The single database contains data on all subordinated cultural institutions of the Astrakhan region — theaters, the museums, libraries, the cultural and leisure centers and so forth. Today, according to BARS Group, 37 organizations, all municipal entities are connected to a system.

In plans of the developer — carrying out user training of a system and administrators, loading of the reference book of the addresses, implementation of a possibility of input of contemporary records and adding of passive subscribers (branches of organizations).
