Considering specifics of activity of BUER Ltd, step-by-step implementation of modules for conducting management accounting and control of motor transport is also planned.

Buyer Ltd is founded in 1993. The company works and develops in the market of road construction of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The enterprise makes a full range of earth and road-building works of any complexity.

The management of BUER Ltd needed increase in efficiency of accounting and management of construction company, the specialized solution for automation of planned and accounting functions was required.

For solving of tasks of the road-building enterprise the BITS system module "Contractor" was offered. STROITELSTVO – the program based on 1C:Enterprise 8 from The First BIT company.

Problems of implementation:

• Reflection of costs on construction objects;
• Transparent accounting of resources and control of the movement of materials;
• Separate accounting of own and subcontract works;
• Reporting on construction objects.

BUER Ltd became interested in the program after visit of a seminar of the First BIT for accounting in construction. On it modules and systems capabilities of BITS were in detail provided. CONSTRUCTION, after the seminar individual consultations on the program were held.

Cooperation with BUER Ltd began in March, 2014. The module "Contractor" which was purchased by the management of the enterprise will also be used in two subsidiary construction companies.
