Description

Prior to the beginning of the project the information system at the enterprise was quite tough. Working in it, employees constantly adapted to its requirements and features. As a result the decision on implementation of a new modern accounting system and management which will really help with work and to contribute to the further development of the plant was made.

Transition to a new system is decided to begin with implementation of regulated accounting, as with the most standard task. The main goal of the project consisted in consolidation of separate blocks of regulated accounting in the single accounting system and integration of this system with a production management system.

The tender for accomplishment of the planned works based on which the company management stopped the choice on the project provided by Konstanta company was held. This project not only quite fully reflected the solution of the current task, but also described further development of a system based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product that was important for the enterprise.

During the project the following subsystems were implemented:

  • accounting;
  • sales management;
  • purchase management;
  • inventory management;
  • cash management.

According to the results of the project it was automated and reduced in a single system (earlier non-automated and separate) accounting and also the accompanying operational accounting, it is configured difficult models of the automated data exchange with an adjacent system of accounting of production.

Now at the disposal of the client accounting fully automatic system with all functions necessary for the enterprise. In addition the enterprise received base for further development of a system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform towards automation of operational accounting of production. Thanks to data of all blocks of accounting in a single system, it was succeeded to reduce the servicing accounting of personnel.
