Description

Donskoy tabak Ltd — the largest domestic producers of tobacco products. The industrial complex of the company is located in Rostov-on-Don. About 1.5 thousand employees work at the enterprise. Earlier account at the enterprise was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. There were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, difficulties at production management which was not automated up to standard. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. The new information system which allowed to automate all types of accounting, including production, operational, accounting, tax, payroll in one program was required for the organization. The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. In total 150 rubles of m were automated:

  • Inventory and material control. Accounting of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods.
  • Inventory and material control. Inventory control of component parts and spare parts.
  • Inventory and material control. Accounting of overalls and spetsostnastka.
  • Purchase management.
  • Production accounting. Management of NSI of production accounting.
  • Production accounting. Plan-fact consumption of materials by turns in production.
  • Production accounting. Formation of production cost value.
  • Accounting of indirect costs.
  • Accounting of OS, intangible assets, non-current assets and expenses on Research and Development.
  • Accounting of cash flow.
  • Budgeting regarding BDDS.
  • Tax accounting.
  • The regulated accounting records.
  • Accounting of implementation and excises.

Time for formation of the regulated reporting was as a result reduced. Quickly reports for the management form. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions in manual. Further it is planned:

  • Maintenance of a product under the agreement of ITS.
  • Consultation on the course of use of the software product.
