Description

NPF Packer LLC firmly takes the leading positions in the market of production of the packer and anchor equipment. Regular customers of OO of NPF Packer are the enterprises of an oil and gas complex of Russia and the CIS: JSC Surgutneftegas, JSC Tatneft, software Belorusneft, JSC Mangistaumunaygaz, JSC MNC, LLC JV Katobneft and also many others. For maintenance of rates of development the enterprise was in great need in a modern information system as the tool for enterprise management. The enterprise information systems existing at the time of the beginning of implementation were obsolete, opportunities them did not correspond to assigned tasks. As a basis for the implemented information system, after the analysis and assessment of offers, the choice for benefit of the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 was made. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Functionality of a system, cost, and the most important the fact that partner franchisees of 1C Company could provide further implementation, and then support of a system became selection terms. The partner for implementation selected the Soft-Service company having experience and necessary resources for implementation of this project. The purpose of this stage of implementation was creation at the enterprise of a common information space and automation accounting functions at the enterprise. In the project progress the Soft-Service company performed the following works:

  • Delivery, installation of the specialized equipment: data collection terminals of Casio of IT 600, printers stroke of codes of Zebra, scanner stroke of codes.
  • Setup and connection of the equipment for barcoding.
  • Specialized interfaces of storekeepers are developed for work with data collection terminals.
  • Personnel training. About 50 employees of the different directions are in total trained.
  • Printed forms of electronic documents for reflection of specifics of work of the enterprise are developed and corrected.
  • The salary block is developed and adapted, unloadings of results on electronic cards are configured.
  • Integration with the system of electronic access control is made.
  • The user instructions on jobs are developed.

The significant moments of implementation are deadlines of its carrying out - 5 months; the large volume of initial data which were converted and transferred to a new system from a set of different data sources; specific features of activity of the enterprise: a good selection of finished goods, work for export, job order production. And also the fact that during implementation integration of work of the different services and division of the enterprise which were earlier working independently from each other into a uniform information prostrastranstvo was made what demanded paying of great attention and time.

Now the first stage of system implementation is finished, are started and accounting subsystems work:

  • Management of settlement.
  • Managements monetary to means.
  • Order management.
  • Purchase managements.
  • Inventory management.
  • Personnel management.
  • Sales management.
  • Subsystem of accounting and tax accounting.
  • Product data management.
  • Cost accounting.
  • Payroll.

50 jobs are automated. Cost accounting of finished goods is made. HR records and payroll will be entered. The accounting and tax reporting is prepared. Results of implementation are creation of a common information space at the enterprise, elimination of duplication of registration economic transactions, increase in efficiency and accuracy of preparation and formation of data on business activities of the enterprise. What as a result is basis for creation of an enterprise management system. In further plans automation and implementation of guidance loops and planning.

In the course of business activities and a sotrudechestvo of LLC NPF Paker with our company the quantity of the automated jobs increased from 50 up to 331. During the period from 7/30/12 for 9/28/12 the staff of our company carried out works on automation of a power supply of employees in the canteen of the plant. At the enterprise there is perfectly equipped dining room, the closed type. A power supply in the dining room happens in three changes by morning in the afternoon and in the evening. A total quantity of the eating more than 600 people. The management of the company set a task that a power supply of employees happened as fast as possible without queues and related time costs counting upon cash desk. Therefore the supply system was organized as follows:

  • The menu on the enterprise represents complex lunches - 4 views at the request of employees (complex, complex portion, dietary, and a complex for a night shift). Tables in the dining room are zoned, according to types of complexes of lunches. The employee coming to the dining room should be registered a card admission, takes seat for a table according to the selected complex lunch, further employees of the dining room bring it the lunch selected by it. Payment for a lunch is not levied, and carried out at the expense of the enterprise.

Project objective stood to automate above the described scheme and also accounting and write-off of ingradiyent in workshops of the dining room at preparation of dishes, according to calculation cards. The basis for automation of this project selected software "ASTOR: Restaurant 5.0" Prof.

We within the project executed the following work types on implementation:

  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule;
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation);
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation);
  • Connection of the specialized equipment (for example, retail store equipment);
  • Integration with a system "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise";
  • Integration into third-party automation systems;
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting;
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances;
  • Individual training at office of the customer;
  • Installation and setup system and network software.

Within adaptation of a system the following works were carried out:

  • Bilateral exchange "1C:Enterprise 8 was written. Management of manufacturing enterprise" - "ASTOR: Restaurant";
  • Integration about "1C:Enterprise 8 is made. Management of manufacturing enterprise";
  • The automated workplace interface is developed for registration of employees of the visiting dining rooms;
  • Accounting of the guests feeding in the dining room is implemented;
  • The possibility of planning of the menu for the period, a possibility of orders of ingredients for this period is implemented;
  • Account of a status of the employee is kept (the business trip/holiday and so forth is ill/);
  • The binding of types of lunches to employees, a binding of types of lunches to time frames is performed;
  • The report is developed: how many employees visit the dining room for the period and what types of lunches are used; repeated power supply of employees; summary sheet, and so forth.

In a project deliverable the following tasks were carried out: 1. In a standard system "Astor: Restaurant" changes, namely the document in which was registered what complexes are selected by the staff of the plant, were made. This document on by automatic binding of the employee to a complex, allows to plan more precisely quantity of dishes, necessary for production. 2. For authorization of the employees who came to the dining room on an input the computer to which two readers for a proksimita of cards (admissions) of the employee were connected was installed. The employee coming to the dining room is registered on this automated workplace, at this moment on the screen of the monitor its photo, for visual identification is highlighted and also there is a registration and write-off of the selected complex lunch for this employee. 3. Also speialist of our company made seamless integration the Astor Restaurant with a corporate system of management of the plant Packer, namely "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Within this task was exchange of reference books and documents is implemented. All reference books are created in a corporate system and automatically on the configured interval are unloaded in Astor. Documents of merchandising are entered into ASTOR and similarly unloaded in "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Information on a power supply of employees is unloaded in "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" in the document salary accrual under the article not material remuneration. The document finished product output (write-off of ingredients) from ASTOR is transferred to "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" in the document the requirement the delivery note. 4. In project completion integration with the system of personnel records at the enterprise was implemented. The automated workplace of registration of the employee in the dining room considers and controls a power supply of the employees finding sya in holidays or business trips.

Project implementation was enabled within a month. The management of the enterprise was satisfied with implementation of the scheme of work on catering services of sotorudnik which is thought up by them. Project objectives were achieved. A system is accepted in commercial operation of 9/28/12.
