Maintenance

Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version) Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

Description

The management of UK Metallinvest LLC made the decision on need of automation of the main business processes for the purpose of creation of a common information space. As a basis of a new ERP system by the client the flexible and stable software platform "1C:Enterprise 8" allowing to provide quick reaction on changes and high quality of support for smaller staff of specialists and also the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product for automation of the enterprise was selected. For the purpose of system implementation the agreement was signed with Center of User Support LLC company which has positive reviews and the recommendations of other companies implementing the 1C:Enterprise 8 system. Specialists of 1C Center of user support LLC company rendered necessary consultations on implementation of this information system, technology of work with a subsystem of planning, production, budgeting, IFRS, etc. Start in commercial operation of the software product in August, 2012 is executed. 200 jobs, with the following subsystems are automated:

In an automation project deliverable the client had an opportunity to keep account in a single system, to prepare the relevant regulated reporting, started subsystems of production, budgeting and IFRS.
