Description

In 2009 7 new societies joined the structure of Spetsneftetrans Ltd: Langepassky UTT; Pokachevsky UTT; Uraysky UTT; Kogalym UTT; UTT-1; "Remspetstrans-1" and "Remspetstrans-2" in whom it was necessary to implement the existing Corporate information system. The organization, control and responsibility for result of implementation was conferred on ITTs. The beginning of implementation – fall of 2010. To perform work on implementation of software "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" PPVTI LLC and Sigma Autsorsing LLC were selected. Implementation is executed as cooperation, under the general management ITTs. Work of the companies was constructed on functional units "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". For this purpose from the structure of the companies specialists in sections of accounting were determined by implementation (BU, NU, ZUP, etc.). ITTs made the plan of implementation, the program of carrying out training, the work plan for transfer of information of the historical systems by each society. This approach is caused by an implementation time – about 9 months and also the different number of ITR of the workers involved in implementation. Such method gave the chance to quickly redistribute specialists within the insignificant shift of the diagram or redistribution of stages of implementation, in cases of force majeur circumstances: disease, both staff of societies, and specialists of the companies in implementation. Participation of PPVTI LLC in implementation affected the main divisions of new societies of Spetsneftetrans Ltd: accounting, HR department, economic service, departments of supply, warehouses, production and auxiliary divisions.
