Description

Today JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez is one of the main centers of petrochemistry in Russia. The list of products includes over 140 names, including more than 70 names of the main products. In 2012 more than 2500 people work at the enterprise. Being the largest exporter of the country, more than a third of products of JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez delivers to foreign consumers. The geography of export covers over 20 countries of the FSU and beyond, including Finland, China, the USA, Great Britain, countries of Western Europe, the Baltic, etc. The list of export products includes more than 20 names. On the uniform platform of JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez the full stroke of processing of a hydrocarbonic raw material, petrochemistry and production of mineral fertilizers is concentrated.

The following enterprises are a part of JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez holding: Promvodokanal LLC - renders services in water supply to water disposal and sewage treatment on all industrial platform of the city district the city of Salavat;

• Enterprise of Power Supply LLC – is engaged in power supply of Salavatnefteorgsintez Group;
• Enterprise of Operation LLC - tasks of the enterprise is ensuring work of the electric networks, provision of services on repair, installation, maintenance and rewind of electric motors, generators and transformers of JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez. Also the enterprise is engaged in retail in electrical household appliances, renders services in repair of household electric products;
• STC Salavatnefteorgsintez LLC - is engaged in providing the fuel and energy industry, by carrying out fundamental and applied research works, creation new and improvement of the existing technology processes, technical means, production

nefteperabotka and petrochemistry;

• Promyshlennoye pitaniye LLC is the enterprise for the organization of a corporate power supply, production of food and hotel services;
• Skatz LLC is the enterprise making catalytic products at the high level according to the international standards;
• Agidel-sputnik LLC is a complex of resorts, recreation facilities, sanatoria, improving centers. Is engaged in the organization of good rest in the territory of Bashkortostan;
• Politar LLC is an industrial complex on release of the wide range of consumer goods, sheets from shock-resistant polystyrene, lighting sheets, packing and geotextile materials, different types of film products which find sale in the markets of the Republic of Bashkortostan, regions of Russia and the CIS.
• Retail Network Salavat Gas Station LLC - the modern, dynamically developing company provided in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan by network of refueling complexes.

The company management made the decision on implementation of a new information system which would allow to automate the production, operational, regulated, managerial, financial, personnel records and payroll calculation in one program. In an analysis result of the market of domestic software products the decision to stop the choice on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise was made. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation, is Competence Center on production and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.

During the project specialists of 1S:BIT made installation and setup of a system, the help when entering opening balances is rendered, integration with other systems which are used in holding is made. Personnel training is provided. In total 102 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

Implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" in JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez allowed to automate key business processes of the enterprise and that the main thing, - to increase efficiency of consolidation of data on the companies of holding. Now preparation of the consolidated statements takes much less time, than before. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually, the quantity of errors in accounting is minimized. Further development and maintenance of a system is in the future planned.
