Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. Accounting and tax accounting:

  • Receipt documents (Goods and service receipts, expense reports, additional expenses, receipt) taking into account the 15th account are finished;
  • The system of implementation of receipt of transport and procurement expenses and their write-off is finished;
  • The system of implementation is finished (including separate numbering of documents on different types of activity, special procedure on utilities, transit implementation of "A rate for transportation");
  • Bank documents regarding completeness of the automated filling, including tax payments are finished;
  • The system of Receiving and Leaving of monetary documents accepted on at us at the enterprise is developed;
  • Documents of accounting of overalls and inventory of materials are finished (using off-balance accounts and filling options);
  • The reporting is developed for INFOPAK IFRS and the reporting for the Russian Railway.

2. Production accounting:

  • The accounting system by orders (in the documents Write-off order, Price-work Dress, Report of Production for change fillings by orders and control functions on correct filling on raw materials supplied by the customer and types of the nomenclature are added) is finished;
  • Documents on raw materials supplied by the customer are finished (The order of the buyer, Transfer of goods, Rendering of services on processing), providing automatic filling and the correct sequence of transactions;
  • Functions of unloading of data of implementation in RZhDS and special printed forms for RZhDS are implemented;
  • The system of settlement with partners with expanded control by agreements is finished;
  • The system of cost accounting regarding allocation of costs, including distribution of direct costs by orders and services on cost accounting is finished (for installation of a cost allocation base, distribution of materials to release, inventory of a WIP), the reporting under a cost structure (explosion), comparative cost statements and sheets under the cost accounting only under the sold positions is created;
  • Data transfer about technology transactions is executed of tables of Excel with completion of the reference book of Technology transactions with breakdown by workshops;
  • The system of accounting of motor transport is added (roles, interfaces, reference books of Fixed assets, types of machines and mechanisms, etc., the documents Waybill, Gas stations, etc., reports).

3. Personnel records:

  • According to our requirements the system of personnel records (documents of acceptance, movement and Dismissal of workers) was finished;
  • The unrolled accounting of employment contracts with a printability from the system of agreements and supplementary agreements to the agreement is implemented (on the set templates);
  • The management system for the staff list, including completion of indexation of salaries and wage grades is implemented.

4. Payroll calculation:

  • Data transfer about charges for the previous 2nd years for calculation of the sick-list is executed;
  • Settlement objects regarding completeness and detailing of data entry are finished (formation of the list of signers, detailings and interpretations of printed forms of documents, compliance of types of calculations to cost items, sheets and pay slips with expanded control, etc.);
  • Non-standard types of charges and deduction are configured (contributions to NPF and so forth);
  • Auxiliary mechanisms are implemented: unloading of data in NPF, unloading of sheets on payment in Transcreditbank with breakdown by residents/nonresidents;
  • The system of accounting of price-work dresses is considerably finished: execution of works on different wage grades, simultaneous operation in different crews, the automated input of holidays and absences, accounting of execution of works in festive and the days off on double quotations, filling of works in price-work dresses on the process chart with selection from orders of the buyer (for works with raw materials supplied by the customer) and orders for production;
  • The system of input and editing technology transactions is finished (the reference book including divisions, award percent on the current work and automatic calculation of quotations depending on a wage grade and the standard changing in time is finished, indexation of technology transactions along with the general indexation of salaries and rates is finished);
  • The system of unloading of data in the reporting INFOPAK is developed by IFRS (additional reference books are entered, auxiliary reports on interpretation of movements of employees, on additional vacations, on reserves of holidays, on pensions are created).

5. General and service functions of a system:

  • The system considerably facilitating works on setup of access restrictions for our escort service – "Is created by ART saTERRA: Designer of an automated workplace";
  • The universal mechanism of input and information storage about the persons signing printed forms is developed. For each printed form it can be configured the codes of signatures (for example Released, Received, the Foreman, the Norm setter Through whom, etc.), an output of the additional information about a position and the order, etc.;
  • The additional mechanism of management of settings of access for users directly to each type of an object is developed (prohibition of opening of the object list, prohibition of opening of a form of an object, opening of a form of an object only for viewing, etc.).

Maintenance

Description of works on implementation

Pacing factors of the choice of the partner for the guide of the Customer were: experience of solving of tasks of production accounting (multiconversion production with a difficult product structure), understanding of specifics of accounting on affiliated enterprises of JSC "Russian Railways" (the requirement to accounting and the reporting) and also readiness to solve a problem in a complex - from preparation of regulatory documents on all subsystems before start of a system in commercial operation. The product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was recognized the most suitable for the solution of assigned tasks. The rich functionality of the standard solution, existence of all necessary subsystems and a possibility of development of a product defined the choice.

The most important result of implementation - a possibility of the exact, detailed control of actual cost: on each product, on each repartition, taking into account difficult technology chains and internal production relationship. Availability of detailed information on actual cost allows to take address steps for "thin setup" of activity of the enterprise to provide necessary economic parameters of activity. In addition, the procedure of passing of the price commission in parent company as all necessary data for protection of the price form in a system is significantly simplified. A system also allowed to reduce considerably costs for accounting maintenance as, unlike the previous system, all subsystems of accounting and management function in the uniform complex which is not requiring integration and data exchange. Users also note decrease in labor costs on conducting all types of accounting: the service functions created in a system simplify preparation of primary documents and also contain the mass of the mechanisms protecting the users from errors and also simplifying routine procedures - preparation of the industry and holding reporting, etc. At the moment in the mode of commercial operation the following subsystems function: accounting, tax accounting, payroll calculation, calculation of price-work salary for dresses, personnel management, product data management - structure of a product, product data management - the production technology, order management in production, products cost accounting. In plans - development of a management subsystem by money and also implementation of electronic document management.

Implementation

JSC Lublin Foundry and Mechanical Plant

JSC Lublin LMP was created in July, 2011 within reorganization of Russian Railways branch of JSC - the Lublin Foundry and mechanical plant of the Order of Lenin. The plant performs forge and press and foundry production, releases such products as wheel pairs, axes carriage and other products for the rolling stock and traveling facilities.
