"The first BIT" automated branch of the Turkish construction company Sasel

Specialists of First BIT completed an implementation project of the complete specialized solution of BITS. CONSTRUCTION in department of the Turkish construction company Sasel, having implemented a number of opportunities necessary for it for the enterprise.

The Chelyabinsk department of JSC Sasel elektromekanik sanayi ve tidzharet anonim shirketi – branch of the Turkish construction company Sasel founded in 1984. Branches of the company are in many regions of Russia. The company specializes in rendering project and engineering services and also provides services as the contractor.

At some point in branch of construction company faced difficulties when conducting necessary accounting according to construction specifics of the company. Earlier account was kept here by means of the basic version of the 1C: Accounting program which due to the lack of a number of opportunities could not conform to all requirements of the organization. It was as a result impossible to trace and check movements of materials on objects, there was no possibility of maintaining the item-by-item cost accounting and managerial accounting, preparation of accounting and tax statements took away too much time from employees. To department of the Turkish Sasel the specialized software solution which would allow to automate planned and accounting processes was required.

As like that the company management obralitsya for the help in the choice was selected BIT. The CONSTRUCTION allowing to automate work of divisions of the construction organizations. For implementation of this solution in the Chelyabinsk branch of the company his developer – the First BIT company having successful experience of automation of the enterprises of different activities was invited. During the project specialists of the contractor also implemented the expanded version of "1C: Accounting 8" used in the company – "1C: Accounting 8 CORP".

As a result of project implementation of the implementation which included personnel training and the help of 1C the following subsystems of BITS were successfully brought into operation. The CONSTRUCTIONS automating the corresponding business processes:

• accounting and tax accounting;
• maintaining item-by-item cost accounting;
• accounting of resources and control of the movement of materials;
• management accounting, treasury and budgeting.

Despite the short time of operation by the Chelyabinsk branch of the Turkish construction company of a new system which is not allowing to speak unambiguously about all its advantages, the staff of Sasel already notes a row from them. So, due to increase in accuracy of data entry and processing speed of documents time for preparation of accounting and tax statements is reduced. Also as a result of system implementation of the company it was succeeded to increase efficiency and to reduce labor input of formation of production documents.
