In Kabardino-Balkaria implementation of a regional information system "came to the end with O7. Education" which includes solutions of BARS Group "Electronic kindergarten", Electronic school, Electronic college and "Education monitoring". The project is implemented by BARS Group and Rostelecom companies.

More than 350 educational institutions and 13 departments of education of the republic and the republican Ministry of Education, sciences and for youth of KBR are connected to a system. Thanks to a system in the region all public and municipal services in the field of education are provided in electronic form.

In particular, the possibility of formation of an electronic queue in kindergarten appeared. The electronic priority assumes that each parent will have an opportunity to register the child in queue in desirable preschool institution on the portal of Uniform public and municipal services, without coming to municipal governing body of education, explained in the company.

"The regional information system will allow not only to adjust a priority in the preschool educational organizations, but also to create the unified register of applications for transfer in preschool educational institution, the database of the children who are already attending kindergartens and also to obtain detailed operational information on each preschool institution" — the Head of Department of modernization of education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of KBR Zelimkhan Murtazov noted.

Electronic signing up in the preschool educational organizations is intended to simplify the procedure of registration of children of preschool age. Parents have the right to use an electronic queue on reaching the child of age of 2 months and also to specify expected receipt date in kindergarten. According to BARS Group, the Electronic Kindergarten system allows to browse information on preschool educational institutions and to select desirable kindergarten, to control the movement of an electronic queue, to receive email notifications.

"When in Kazan in the test mode entered electronic registration into preschool educational institution, queues in kindergartens were reduced by 30% only due to elimination of errors and duplication, not to mention other pluses of this service — Zelimkhan Murtazov said. — We expect the same effect".

In turn, Electronic school will allow to keep account of children, to perform monitoring of achievements of pupils and teachers, to obtain information on progress and homeworks within opportunities of the electronic diary and electronic journal. Now school students will be able to communicate not only at school, but also at home on social network, and parents — to control study of the children and to obtain up-to-date information, including using mobile application "My diary".

The solution "Electronic College" is directed to informatization of primary and secondary professional education. With its help it is possible to obtain information on an order of holding state examinations, questions of transfer in colleges, conducting a session and a work practice. The functionality similar to Electronic school — maintaining the electronic diary and electronic journal of progress, providing information on educational programs and curricula is here too put.

At last, the subsystem "Education monitoring" will allow republican executive authorities to monitor work and to control development of education, to coordinate activity of educational institutions, to make operational management decisions.
